About the Global Future Councils
The World Economic Forum’s Network of Global Future Councils is the world’s foremost multistakeholder and interdisciplinary knowledge network. For the 2025-2026 term, the network brings together approximately 700 leading experts across 36 thematic councils, spanning sectors such as academia, business, government, and civil society[1][3][5]. The councils operate as time-bound think tanks, fostering innovative thinking and actionable insights to build a more resilient, inclusive, and sustainable future.
