Paris, June 30, 2025 — In a significant step for women’s innovation and international collaboration, Ayumi Moore Aoki, Founder and CEO of WOMEN IN TECH® Global, and Sophie Sidos, President of France’s Foreign Trade Advisors (CCE), have formally signed a strategic partnership agreement. The signing ceremony took place at Bercy, the French Ministry of Finance & Economy, marking a new chapter in efforts to support women in technology and strengthen the global presence of French innovation.
The partnership brings together the longstanding expertise of the CCE, an institution with over 125 years of experience in supporting French businesses abroad, and WOMEN IN TECH® Global, an organization representing more than 300,000 members across 60 countries. Together, they aim to facilitate new opportunities for women entrepreneurs, promote international exchange, and position France as a leader in women’s tech entrepreneurship.
Sophie Sidos, the first woman to preside over the CCE in its history, and Ayumi Moore Aoki, recognized for her work in advancing gender diversity in technology, both underscored the importance of this alliance. The agreement reflects a shared commitment to fostering an environment where women innovators can access international markets and resources.
The partnership was made possible through the collaborative efforts of Claudine Leprince, who provided strategic guidance; Anne Baer, who played a key role in building bridges between the organizations; and Angela Naser, Director of Women in Tech® France.
This agreement signals a measured yet meaningful advancement in the ongoing work to support women in technology and international business. Further updates on joint initiatives and programs will be announced in the coming months.
