The recent signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) between Women in Tech Global and various stakeholders in Uzbekistan was made possible following Kamola Sobirova’s visit to Paris during the Women in Tech Global Summit last May.

During recent events, including the Women in Tech CCA Awards held in Tashkent, Anna emphasized the increasing representation of women in IT and the importance of state support for women’s initiatives. She stated, “The number of women in the IT sphere is increasing every year, and day after day more and more role models appear in the modern world. Women’s projects require state support, and it is important that the government of Uzbekistan is actively involved in supporting women.”
