On November 14th, Women in Tech® Global held its 8th annual awards ceremony at the Palais du Luxembourg in Paris, France. The event brought together technology leaders, entrepreneurs, and policymakers from across the international community.

A Three-Month Global Tour

The awards ceremony concluded a three-month program spanning seven regional events across 52 countries. Regional ceremonies were held in Kyoto (APAC), Panama City (LATAM), Toronto (North America), Johannesburg (Africa), Almaty (Caucasus & Central Asia), Brussels (Europe), and the Middle East.

The program evaluated 65 finalists representing diverse sectors within the technology industry, from emerging technologies to established enterprise solutions. Each regional event provided a platform for knowledge sharing and professional networking among participants.

2025 Award Recipients

The following individuals and organizations received recognition across ten award categories:

🏆 Woman in Web3 Award: Ella Cullen (Europe)

🏆 Tech Diplomacy Award: Nathalie KIENGA (Africa)

🏆 Start-Up Award: Dr. Jayantika Soni (APAC) and Makpal Orakkyzy (CCA)

🏆 Global Leadership Award: Titi Akinsanmi (North America)

🏆 Lifetime Achievement Award: Carme Artigas (Europe)

🏆 Honorary Award: Lucia Acurio

Event Partnership and Support

Senator Marta de Cidrac hosted the ceremony at the Residence of the President of the Senate. The Palais du Luxembourg served as the venue for the final awards presentation.

The Women in Tech Global Awards was supported by an international jury panel and organizational partners who contributed resources and expertise throughout the evaluation process.
