This policy explains what personal data is collected when you visit ayumimooreaoki.com, why it is collected, and what rights you have over it. This is a personal and professional website; it does not sell products, and it does not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

What data is collected
Information you provide. When you use a contact form, request an interview, or submit a speaking enquiry, you provide your name, email address, organization, and whatever you choose to write in your message. If you subscribe to updates, your email address is collected for that purpose.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this one records technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the pages you view, the time of your visit, and the site you arrived from. This is collected through server logs and, where you have consented, through analytics cookies.

Embedded content and external links
Some pages include video hosted by YOUTUBE / VIMEO and links to other websites, including the Tech Diplomacy Global Institute, Women in Tech® Global, and social media platforms. Embedded content behaves as though you had visited the other site directly, and those providers may set their own cookies. This policy does not cover their practices; please consult their own privacy notices.
Who else has access
Personal data is not sold, rented, or traded. It may be handled on her behalf by service providers who host the site, deliver email, and provide the technical functions described above — currently OVH. These providers act on instructions and are bound by contract to protect the data. Data may also be disclosed where the law requires it.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some of these providers are established outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is done under the safeguards permitted by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long data is kept
- Correspondence and enquiries: kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter, and normally no longer than three years after our last contact.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics data: retained according to the provider’s settings, currently 14 months.
- Cookie consent records: as shown in the cookie banner, generally 11 months.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may:
- ask what personal data is held about you, and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- ask for your data to be erased;
- ask that processing be restricted, or object to it;
- receive data you provided in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before you withdrew it.

If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In France this is the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, cnil.fr.
Security
Appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted administrative access. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Children
This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please write to the address above and it will be deleted.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date at the top.
